Small businesses like Cobb Hill Cheese are part of what makes Vermont endearing. Lee is a cheese-oholic. He likes cheese on his cheese. So when we get a chance to check out a creamery, we’re all over it! We lucked out on our visit and got to see one of the farm’s cows. I think her name was Brie!
