our story:

Updated: August 18, 2024

In 2017, we decided to shake things up in our lives and jump on a career opportunity relocating us from Georgia to Texas.

By 2019, it was clear we were headed elsewhere. We spent that year freshening up paint, making landscape adjustments, and slowly weeding through all of the junk we’d senselessly moved to Texas in the first place.

And then Covid blew up the world.

By the time October 2020 rolled around, we were ready to get out of the holding pattern and get on with our lives.

So, we booked sometime in Colorado to reassure ourselves of our decision.

We were surprised when we both had doubts that it'd be the right fit after all.

We shared the idea with family and friends - confident at least one person in our lives would let us know how foolish we were being. Instead, we received excitement, encouragement and support.

May 01, 2021 we were house-free and hitting the road!

It's been a wild ride. And though nothing on this journey ever happens like we think it's going to and flexibility is the name of the game, we're riding this wave 'til the wheels fall off!
