A top winning winery of the Pacific Northwest, The Westport Winery Garden Resort offers 30+ wines for visitors to sample. With vineyards from southcentral Washington providing the backbone for the label’s classic reds, crisp whites, and delicious desert wines, Westport Winery strives to make tastings a one of a kind experience.
Visitors are greeted to a full tasting bar in the center of the winery’s gift shop. Knowledgeable sommeliers explain each wine and it’s accompanying label.
The wines are great, but the draw to Westport Winery is the experience. The gardens of the resort cover 15 acres and include unique sculptures along with several eclectic lounging areas.
Visitors can also find entertainment in a game of horseshoes, wizard chess, giant scabble, and more.
The weakness of our Westport Winery experience was the Sea Glass Grill. For an ‘award winning winery restaurant,’ our entrées were underwhelming.
The highlights of our meal were the cocktails and appetizer.
