Neat trail that offers beautiful views of Deception Pass both from the bridge and beneath it. The path across the bridge is a little hairy: there are cables between you and traffic, but you still need faith in drivers crossing the bridge that are themselves admiring the view.
From the bridge to the beach is steep but still doable. Views peeking through the trees on the descent/ascent are pretty cool. Trail seems to disappear at the lower parking area but picks up again quickly and cuts back toward the bridge.
Rocky beach at the water with fisherman and families about. Most families set up on whatever rocks they could find to hang out for the day.
Short but cool trail in a wildly popular area.
