Wizard of Oz Museum - Cape Canaveral FL
Marketed as an immersive experience museum and gift shop, the Wizard of Oz Museum in Cape Canaveral, FL has over 2000 Wizard of Oz props and memorabilia on display including the original first editions of several Oz titles.
Immersive experiences total 30 minutes that consists of Wizard of Oz scenes, Van Gogh works, and cosmic images.
As fans of the movie, this museum is interesting.
Movie props intermingle with some very unique items and you could kill some time looking at each case in depth - especially if you utilize QR codes throughout the display cases.
Our visit was with Rebecca and David (sister and her husband), and none of us knew there was a series of Oz books - so we all learned something new.
We all enjoyed the museum and loved the life-sized flying monkeys! Everyone needs one in their life!
That said, the immersive experience was just ok for us.
Overall experience is cool for fans of the movie.
