3 mile loop - 509 elev gain - hard
Recent snowstorms made this hike a very cool experience but also the first we’ve ever attempted that we did not complete. The grade is steep and we needed good traction to climb.
There were a lot of trees down on the trail… and still falling as we were hiking. Made it to the falls, but hooked back along the trestle for safety reasons. Maybe another year!
