Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park - Kanab UT
The sands of Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park are anything but pink to me. I’d call it orange… or maybe rust. But, I guess Rusty Sand Dunes State Park doesn’t sound that appealing. The park was a good clip from our rental, but I still wanted to see it - we just didn’t get to hang out too long and really enjoy what to park had to offer. We did allow time to kick off our shoes, stick our feet in the sand (it gets hot fast!), and stroll to the top of the nearest dune to see the vistas. There are 12,000 acres of shifting dunes open to sand sledders, dune buggies, and off-road vehicles.
Looking forward to a revisit!
