Good bit of root and rock to navigate, but not horrible. Steep steps on the northeast side of the trail, as well as a parking lot and access to the lake. If you’re using AllTrails, the ap’s area map suggests a lake shore leg will allow you to turn this out and back into a loop. The lake shore trail is washed out approximately 1/2 way through and is impassable. No signs were present to indicate the trail is washed out the day of our hike. A true out and back, but it’s still enjoyable.
