Van Gogh Alive is an immersive experience blending classical music with 3,000+ moving Van Gogh images creating a new manner of viewing art. A creation of Australia’s Grand Experiences, the traveling exhibition has been experienced by over 8 million visitors in 80+ cities around the globe.
It should be noted that no actual van Gogh works are present at Van Gogh Alive.
This experience consists of a film of van Gogh’s works playing out on multiple projection screens and the floor of a single large viewing room. There is minimal seating. If you’re seeking to view his actual paintings, this link will lead you to the country and venue of display for his more prominent works.
In addition to the moving Van Gogh Alive experience, the exhibit has a small room of interactive signs detailing the life of van Gogh and the various phases of his work.
